Form is a set of three daily practices, which we're encouraging everyone at St Luke's to commit to as simple ways of being formed by Jesus and towards the image of Jesus.

And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
— 2 Corinthians 3 verse 18

If you want to be part of Form, grab a card from the connect stand at Church so you can carry it with you as a reminder. Listen back to the launch talk here, and check out various resources that might be helpful, are below. We'll be updating the resources periodically too, so check back in for more ideas, and let us know if you have something useful to pass on to others.

If you have any questions about Form, encouragement from having taken it up, or suggestions for how we can take it forward most helpfully, please email:

Read something from the Bible every day:
1. Ask God to speak to you and teach you
2. Read the passage
3. Think through what it means
4. Consider how you can put it into practice

Take two minutes to pray it every day - why not join with others to say it at midday, with a reminder on your phone or calendar? If you've got a little longer, pray each section in turn, and pause to ask God what he's saying through it.

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come, your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours
now and for ever. Amen.
